Contact lensmount
lensmountis a static reference site — there's no support ticket queue and no live chat. Email is the only channel, and the three addresses below route to the right place faster than a single inbox would.
Adapter data corrections
Spot a compatibility cell that doesn't match the manufacturer chart, a missing adapter SKU, an out-of-date firmware claim, or a mount we haven't added yet? Email hello@lensmount.hk2.ai. Include a public source we can cite — a manufacturer compatibility chart, a published teardown, a reproducible AF test, or the model number on the box you have in front of you. Reports with a citation land in the next iterate cycle; un-sourced reports take longer because we have to verify the claim ourselves.
Press, partnerships, general
Same address — hello@lensmount.hk2.ai — for press enquiries, integration questions about the public JSON API, or anything that doesn't fit the other two buckets.lensmountdoes not accept paid placement in the matrix, the picker, or the per-mount pages: we will not respond to vendor pitches that ask for a paid review, a sponsored row, or an “exclusive partnership” built around commercial favourability.
Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold under the GDPR (EU / UK), the CCPA (California), or equivalent regimes, email privacy@lensmount.hk2.ai from the address on file. We respond within 30 days. See the privacy policy for the full list of what we store and why.
What we can't help with
- Purchase advice tied to a retailer. lensmount has no commercial relationship with any retailer; we can't vouch for stock, condition, or returns policy at B&H, Adorama, KEH, eBay, or anywhere else. Use the picker to identify candidate SKUs, then verify availability and price at the retailer of your choice.
- Repair, calibration, or firmware-update support for the adapter itself. Those go to the adapter manufacturer (Sigma, Metabones, Viltrox, etc.). See the brand pages for vendor-specific notes.
- Camera body firmware, settings, or warranty questions. Those belong with the body manufacturer (Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, etc.).
